Medical Team

This week at La Fuente has been a busy week!! We have enjoyed the help of a medical missions team from a church in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Members of the team include several nurses, a physical therapist, a radiologist, a psychologist, dentists, surgeons, a gynecologist, a family practice doctor, and a few non-medical folks. A week prior to their arrival, the clinic advertised their coming in many nearby neighborhoods. Thankfully, many people have come to the clinic and have not only to received specialized medical care, but have also heard of and seen the love of Christ.

Along with expertise in their different fields, the team brought specialized lab equipment, a portable pharmacy, dental equipment and lots of eye glasses. This has enabled patients to receive more extensive care than usual at La Fuente this week.

Please pray with us that the Lord would continue to use the gifts and service of this team to bring people to La Fuente to receive much needed medical care and to hear of the love and grace of our Savior, Christ.
